Q1: Can both upper and lower connectors on the 1S (E16) charger be used simultaneously?
A: No. Do not insert both PH2.0 and A30 (BT20) connectors into a single channel simultaneously, as this may damage the charger.
Q2: Does the E16/E24 charger support other protocols? What power rating is required for the charger?
A: It only supports PD3.0 fast charging.
