Most orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days.
Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be modified or canceled.

ZoneFPV ships internationally to many countries worldwide.
Available shipping methods and delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Please note that we currently do not ship to certain restricted regions. If shipping is unavailable to your address, this will be indicated during checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination country.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Express Shipping: 5–10 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors such as customs clearance, local carrier delays, holidays, or peak shipping seasons.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
ZoneFPV does not have control over customs processes and cannot guarantee delivery times once a shipment reaches the destination country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email when available.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
Delivery Issues
If your order appears delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
