Can you add items to my order or combine multiple orders?
No. We are unable to add items, swap products, or combine orders for shipping.
If needed, an order may be canceled before packing so it can be replaced.

Are your products suitable for beginners?
We serve both beginners and experienced FPV pilots.
Some products require technical knowledge for proper installation and use. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Can you confirm compatibility before I order?
We provide detailed product specifications to help with compatibility decisions.
However, final responsibility for compatibility and installation rests with the customer.
Are FPV electronics tested before shipping?
All products are shipped new and unused.
Individual electronic components are not pre-tested unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Can I return installed or soldered electronics?
No. Electronics that have been installed, soldered, modified, or show signs of use are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Most products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by crashes, incorrect wiring, over-voltage, or improper installation.
