Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories included

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Used or installed electronics

  • Batteries (LiPo, Li-ion, etc.)

  • Clearance or final sale items

Due to the nature of FPV equipment, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use, soldering, installation, or modification.

Include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Warranty

Most products sold by ZoneFPV are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.

Warranty coverage typically applies to:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Products that fail under normal, intended use

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by crashes, misuse, or improper installation

  • Burnt components due to incorrect wiring or voltage

  • Normal wear and tear

FPV products are often used in demanding conditions, and improper setup can cause damage. Please ensure compatibility and correct installation before use.
