Before Requesting a Return

Prepare your order number, product SKU or link, photos or video of the issue, packaging condition, and a short explanation of what happened. For electronic FPV parts, include voltage used, wiring details, firmware changes, and connected components where possible.

Compatibility and Installation Notes

Many FPV issues come from mismatched voltage, reversed polarity, incorrect wiring, firmware configuration, incompatible protocols, or improper mounting. Always check specifications before soldering, flashing firmware, or powering a part for the first time.
